The short version
This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers and does not profile anyone. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The only personal data we ever ask for is an email address for the mailing list, and whatever you choose to write in the enquiry form. Both are optional and neither is shared with anyone beyond the services described below.
What is collected
Mailing list
Not running yet. No mailing list provider is connected, so no addresses are being collected or stored anywhere.
Enquiry form
Not running yet. No form service is connected, so there is no form and nothing is submitted. Email to shakenfin@gmail.com reaches us directly.
Analytics
None are running yet. When they are, they will be cookieless and aggregate only — page counts and referrers, with no cross-site tracking and nothing that identifies you.
Server logs
The site is hosted on Vercel, who keep short-lived request logs that include IP addresses, as any web host does. We do not read them for anything but faults, and we cannot connect them to you.
Your rights
We are based in Helsinki, Finland, so the GDPR applies. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. For the mailing list, the unsubscribe link does the last of those instantly.

Changes
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. It is generated from how the site is actually configured, so it cannot describe something we are not doing.
